Sparkling chrome, revving engines, cheering crowds, beautiful weather and utes and trucks galore made for a fantastic turn out at the Boyup Ute & Truck Muster 2008.
The day started with a street parade through the main streets of Boyup Brook. The crowd was kept entertained by the wide variety of utes and trucks including the tow truck brigade who all came down this year with their spectacularly custom painted vehicles. The custom horns, backfiring utes, sub woofers and fire breathing exhausts all made for a great show. The convoy made their way down to Music Park to where the festivities all took place and the judges took a closer look at the vehicles while the crowd was entertained by the fantastic entertainment on stage.

Thank you to everyone who helped make the day such a success. We had a fantastic number of entries this year, with over 250 vehicles entering, and thanks to our many hard-working volunteers, the day still ran smoothly.
A big thank you goes to our many sponsors, their generosity is always outstanding and many comments were made on how great the prizes were. Our major sponsors included EBM Insurance, Scania, Direct Fuel Supplies, Rossi Boots, Roadwest Transport Equipment & Sales, Bunbury Towing and Mead Transport.
Congratulations also go to the Boyup Brook Country Music Club - the weekend was very well organised and a great success for them, local businesses and the town.
Photos of the winners and all the weekend's festivities coming soon...
