If you wish to purchase tickets online please go to the Boyup Brook Country Music Club Website then download an entry form and return to us. 

For a Ute Muster ticket please purchase an Adult Saturday Pass and specify 'Ute & Truck Muster' in the Special Instructions section.

Ute Muster tickets can also be purchased on the day when you register. Register at the old Railway Station, Railway Parade, opposite the Post Office from 9.00am on Saturday 20th February. 

Festival Tickets only can also be purchased from the Boyup Brook Telecentre ph: 9765 1169.

Child = students to Yr 12 (Under 18). Under 18's must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

NOTE: 3 Day Pass Tickets DO NOT include the entry to the Friday Hot Country Brekky Show

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

·         All patrons require ID to enter the festival

·         18+ patrons - valid photo ID (a current Australian driver’s license, current passport or proof of age card) is required for festival and bar entry

·         U 18’s patrons - if you don’t have a driver’s license or a current valid passport, we will accept a copy of your birth certificate PLUS one of the following: a student ID card, a medicare card, a bus pass, a bank or mobile account statement in your name

·         Patrons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian

·         Alcohol, animals, glass, illegal substances, large umbrellas or anything that could be used as a weapon are not permitted

·         Tickets are not refundable in any circumstances ,except if the entire festival is cancelled which is at the Events Organiser’s sole discretion

·         Persons attending the festival do so at their own risk

 

 

FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

·         Sealed plastic water and soft drink bottles are permitted

·         There is a TOTAL fire ban - fires (of any kind), flares, fireworks are not permitted

·         Excessive drinkers, illegal drug users or patrons displaying antisocial behaviour will be evicted and dealt with by the police

·         Wristbands are not transferable and must be worn at all times. Wristbands will not be replaced if lost

·         Activities such as moshing, crowd surfing, climbing and stage diving are dangerous and may lead to eviction from the festival. The festival organiser accepts no liability for any injuries or damages caused by these activities

·         Any person bearing or wearing motor cycle gang colours, patches or insignias are not permitted entry to the festival

·         Please don’t drink and drive

·         No professional cameras, video cameras or tape recorders allowed (small digital cameras are allowed)

·         We play rain or shine

·         The right is reserved to vary, to add, to withdraw or substitute artists where necessary - no refunds available in the event of a line-up change

·         No warranty is given nor representation made regarding the view of the stages

·         Keep the festival site clean. Put your rubbish in the recycling bin

·         Respect the neighbours by arriving and leaving quietly
